Shuborno is a rare mind who sits comfortably at the intersection of science, storytelling, and social change. Trained in Physics from the University of Delhi and holding dual master’s degrees in Cognitive & Behavioural Sciences from the University of Allahabad and in Public Policy (Science, Technology & Innovation) from IIT Delhi, he has built a career that is as wide as it is deep. As Academic Head at Amenta & Trinity Publications and Co-founder of Inscope Social Foundation, he works every day to make science, education, and innovation more accessible and meaningful for people across India. His research with IIT Delhi spans entrepreneurship education, clean energy transitions, and grassroots innovation, backed by funding from the Department of Science and Technology and the National Council for Science and Technology Communication. He has taught at IIT Delhi’s School of Public Policy, trained underprivileged women at the Asian University for Women in Bangladesh, and delivered lectures on leadership and creative thinking to senior Naval officers at INS Mandovi – a range that speaks to how genuinely he believes in learning without boundaries.
Beyond academia, Shuborno has co-authored school mathematics textbooks with Pearson, written on AI, geopolitics, and digital sovereignty, recorded MOOCs for SWAYAM, and trained Indian teams for international creative problem-solving competitions in Belarus, the USA, and South Korea. And when the day is done, he writes — poetry collections, novellas, short stories, and flash fiction — because for Shuborno, science and literature are not two different worlds, but two ways of understanding the same one.

Why the Name “Pragna” – Our Story
In many Indian languages, the word Pragna (or Pragya) signifies inner wisdom, clarity of thought, and deep understanding. It represents insight that goes beyond surface information — the ability to see clearly, decide thoughtfully, and act with awareness.
We chose the name Pragna because we believe that meaningful career decisions should arise from self-knowledge — not from marks alone, not from passing trends, and not from social pressure. True direction comes when a young person understands their strengths, motivations, personality, and potential.
Our story began with a simple but powerful observation.
- We saw students overwhelmed by choices and unsure of their direction.
- We saw parents anxious about making the “right” decision in a fast-changing world.
- We saw schools genuinely wanting to support students, yet lacking structured systems and specialised expertise.
- We saw counsellors passionate about guidance, but in need of stronger tools and frameworks.
Pragna was created to connect all three: students, families, and institutions within one structured, professional ecosystem.
Our purpose is not just to advise, but to enable wise decision-making.
To replace guesswork with insight.
To transform confusion into clarity.
To move families from anxiety to confidence.
At its heart, Pragna stands for one belief:
When decisions are rooted in self-awareness and supported by structure, futures become intentional — not accidental.
Our Service Offerings
Pragna’s Comprehensive Career Guidance & Futures Program is designed as a structured, end-to-end ecosystem — not a one-time intervention. Our model integrates assessment, awareness, planning, and execution into a continuous journey for students from Classes 8–12 and beyond.
The Five Core Components
At Pragna, we work in close partnership with school leadership, teachers, and parents to embed guidance within the academic ecosystem. Our approach ensures career development is not treated as a one-off activity, but as a continuous, strategic, and supportive journey toward future readiness.
